About Us
EVANGELINE FONTENOT FNP-C
Owner & Nurse Practitioner at Blue Willow Medical Aesthetics. She received her undergraduate graduate degree from the University of South Alabama in 2006. Later she received her Masters in Nursing in 2017. She has over 5 years of experience in Family Practice. She then pursued her interest in Medical Aesthetics and opened Blue Willow Medical Aesthetics in 2022. Evangeline Fontenot is Board Certified in Family Medicine and licensed in Louisiana. She would love to help you flourish into the best version of you. Together with her husband she has 2 sons and loves living in Baton Rouge.
